Its location is great and stunning, a couple of blocks away from a night club. 700 feet are distance to the restaurant. The rooms are big size, with internet and the `` second bed '', as for instance provided. Satisfactory breakfast is served in the restaurant.

Pet-friendly and great-sized rooms with great air condition, food good. Friendly and excellent staff on reception and elsewhere.

Had really comfortable stay for one night, the staff were exceptional, location was stunning near the airport. Location: the hotel was close to Walmart as well as the Gigante grocery store which has very reasonable prices on groceries including cigarettes and alcohol. Also, La Isla Shopping Village was easy to reach. My double room was practical with a "fantastic breakfast " included.

The rooms were spacious and clean with a full kitchen, which was convenient for cooking my own meals. the hotel was located in a prime area, close to public transportation and a market, making it easy to explore the city and purchase essentials.

I did have a frustrating experience with the owner. They were unresponsive and didn't communicate with the front office, resulting in confusion and a higher rate than initially quoted.

The spacious, clean room had excellent WiFi and a dining area, plus it's conveniently located near a movie theater and a theater.

loved our stay at this hotel in puerto vallarta! the staff, especially jaime and rosealba, were so friendly and helpful. the pool was amazing and our room was quiet and spacious with everything we needed. we even got to bring our pet along! definitely coming back.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as I could easily catch a bus and be in the downtown area and pier in less than 5 minutes. The grounds of this place were immaculate and absolutely beautiful. I loved spending time by the well-maintained pool and relaxing under the beach umbrellas in the garden area. The staff here were super helpful and polite. They even offered me four free excursion tickets and offered to pay for our groceries if we attended a presentation. The room was very nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a terrace where I enjoyed my morning coffee.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be that it took a while for the owner to confirm our rate with the front office staff. However, the manager was able to resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Convenient Location: This place is right in the heart of things, super close to the airport and downtown. 🏙️ Clean and Comfy: the rooms here are practical and spotless, and the beds are seriously comfortable. Friendly Staff: Everyone we encountered was amazingly nice.
